**Requirements:
- Rider must be at least 14 years old (if the rider is between the ages of 14-16, a parent/guardian must accompany)
- Cardholder provide a valid driver's license
- Rider must be under 220 lbs
- ALL riders must sign a waiver before riding
Please have all waivers signed before rental pick-up time.
Rental Requirements, Terms and Conditions:
- Rider must be at least 14 years old (if the rider is between the ages of 14-16, a parent/guardian must accompany).
- A Waiver must be signed at the time of pickup. If a rider is below the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for them.
- Cancellations made before 5 hours of the rental start time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 2-5 hours before the rental start time will receive a half refund.
- Cancellations made within 2 hours before the rental start time will not receive a refund.
- Late fees and/or damage fees may apply if ebike/moped is returned late or damaged, and will be charged to the credit card on file.
